Ok, so I saw this on facebook and did a little research. It doesn't seem to be a scan so I figured I'd pass it along here. The site is accessible. Basically, you click on links and confirm that you've read the article by answering a math problem.
You earn $2 per article. Today it let me read 10 articles so I earned $20 in about as many minutes. The site is slow; that's why it took so long. They pay out once you've earned $100 and they say they pay every 7 work days.
Again, this is my first time trying this one so yall now know as much as I do. I figure at best I'll earn some extra spending money for the holidays and at worst, I've probably waisted a bit of time. They pay via paypal so when you create your password, just don't use your paypal password. Who would do that anyway?
Well, here's the link. I don't know if we get paid when referals read news or not but we do get $9 per referral.
Just thought I'd share in case anyone was interested.

Thanks for passing this along. ButOh the times we live in when this is considered worthwhile.:(

Guardian, when you're in need of money, nearly anything can seem worthwhile. God knows I've been there. Not that I'm earning a ton of money now, since I'm only working part-time, but still. Thanks for passing along, DG. I'll check it out too. It's seems worth looking at.

Ok guys, sorry to burst your bubble, and DG, thanks for the effort, but... I'd stay away from this sight. I've done some research on it and most people who signed up say that even after reaching a hundred dollars, they havent' been paid.
Also, this sight was registered and created in Eukrain. Nothing against Eukrain, but most sites that are done for an English audience from Eukrain, Russia, Belarus, etc. (with broken english) are out to be a scam.
This site has no privacy policy, no contact info, no support if necessary, no payment contact info in case you don't get paid... There's also no contract guaranteeing you the payment, so even if you did have contact info and wanted to inquire about yoru lack of payment, it wouldnt' matter because there is no contract stating you'd get paid.
Thats' a bad sign for me.
To be fair, this site has only been around for less than a month, however this could be a good or bad thing. It can mean that either they didnt have time yet to pay out the money to the subscribers, or that they are still in the process of scamming people. By providing your email address (not talking about passwords here), you can become a victim of spam that includes viruses, which is one of my suspicions with this site. So please, if you are going to sign up, realize that you need to be on guard because you don't know what this company has in store for you.
These scammers have no qualms about taking the vulnerable people who just need a few extra bucks to get buy for a ruthless ride. I'm not signing up right now because, as I said, I have my reservations.
those of you who do sign up or are already in the system, please, by all means keep us posted as to whether you actually get paid or if you find that this is a bad scamn. I'm interested to find out more about it from your experiences.

I signed up for fun, but the site looks very sketchy and as Bernadetta already pointed out, it is lacking a lot of vital info that every legitimate website should have. I don't think I'll even try and see if I get paid. I don't like even hanging around on such a sketchy-looking site for too long. Who knows what malware might be lurking. My research hahs also shown that many people complain that they haven't been paid, and people are reporting it as a scam.

I'm afraid of malware as well. This actually crashed my web browser the first time I entered it. Guys, whe site is slow, it doesn't mean taht the server lacks bandwidth or that the site is new and underpowered, when it's a site like this one, it means, a lot of the time, that it's packed with malware trying to hack into your computer.
Beware.

Yikes!!! Oh gosh, yall, I'm really really sorry. I did some cursory research but quite obviously not enough. The first few things that popped up looked ok, including a youtube video of a guy doing a review. After reading Bernadetta's post last night, I dug a bit deaper and yall are completely right. I think I'll stick with my original philosophy when it comes to this stuff and say that if it looks too good to be true, it most likely is.
I just did a major scan of my computer and so far everything is ok but I won't be visiting the site again. I hope none of yall have any problems.
Again, I'm super sorry for the bad info.

don't worry DG. You, of all people, shouldn't be sorry for passing along this sort of thing. I've seen several on here before, as you know, pushing their scams that they either tried to pass as legitimit or believed it to be true, and blindly so. You shared something I probably would have shared had I not been as highly skeptical of internet scams as I am these days.
You didnt' shove this down anyone's throat, you didnt' suck people's money out of their pockets, so please don't feel bad. Your effort to make some money for yourself and to pass it along to others was an honest one, and I, of all people would have called you out on it had I seen differently. you know i would--I've done it before. lol.
Don't be sorry. It's good you asked and got some feedback on it from some other people with differing perspectives. That's why were a community on here, right?
Good luck.
I actually found some legit work at home things which I'll post soon. And don't worry, they've been checked out. they might not pay much, but they pay and they don't spam. I have to find the exact sites but I'll post them on here later, to trail off this topic, if you guys might be interested of course.

Thanks, Bernadetta. I had not had the time to go visit this site, and now I'm glad I didn't do it. I really appreciate the warning.

DG, don't worry. I think we all approached it with caution, so I don't think you lead anyone astray.

Post 11 by Meglet (I just keep on posting!) on Monday, 11-Nov-2013 12:52:18

I've done a thorough scan of my laptop and found no problems whatsoever. Don't feel guilty, DG, you passed this along while making it clear you didn't know much about it. You weren't singing its praises and telling us all how awesome it was. So, no harm done! :)

Post 12 by Smiling Sunshine (I've now got the bronze prolific poster award! now going for the silver award!) on Monday, 11-Nov-2013 17:23:30

Whewwe, good. lol I got it from what I thought was a trust worthy source but obviously not. Anyway, I'm glad nobody had any computer problems.
Yes, Bernadetta, I'd love to see your work at home opportunities. I'm starting school in January but am always looking for something moneymaking to do. lol

Exactly, I think we've all fallen victim to many of those sites, so nothing to feel bad about. I've signed up for several sites similar to that, for that very reason, and they claim they don't give out your e-mail address, and next thing I knew, my mailbox was flooded with e-mails from several newsletters I didn't sign up for telling me how they could help me grow my business, and this and that, which eventually led to automated calls on my cell phone, as well as texts, claiming I could make money simply using my cell phone, which I did a google search for simply out of curiosity, sense I knew that was too good to be true, and found out it of course, was a scam of some sort, but can't remember where it originated from
